History Ms. Holland was formerly Vice President and Manager of the San Francisco office for MSL International, Ltd., a general management, senior-level executive search firm and a member of The Hay Group. Previously, Ms. Holland served as President of S.R. Holland, Inc. in Chicago, an executive search firm specializing in the placement of upper-echelon management women. Pioneering the approach, the firm was initially established as the only firm in the Midwest concentrating in the field. She has effectively counseled both management and employees in order to achieve higher productivity. Ms. Holland has gained a worldwide reputation for her expertise in this area. Earlier business career:rose from an Administrative Assistant position to become Director of Admissions for the Electronics School Division of the Bell and Howell Company-- DeVry, Inc. Prior:Secondary level Educator- English and Speech in Chicago, IL. Ms. Holland holds a Bachelor's degree from Knox College in Galesburg, IL, with professional memberships in the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago. She has frequently served as a Chief Crusader with the United Way/Crusade of Mercy campaign in Chicago.
